PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hole chamfering device with which the hole of a work can be accurately chamfered in a short period of time. SOLUTION: This hole chamfering device 1 has a punch 2 and a die 3. The punch 2 is rockably held in a punch holding die 4 and has the abutting face 21 of the punch which abuts on the peripheral part of the work hole 71, the projecting part of the punch and the chamfering part 23 of the punch. The die 3 is rockably held in a die holding die 5 and has the abutting surface 31 of the die and a recessed part 32 of the die. When the punch 2 and the die 3 are made to approach, they are rocked, the projecting part 22 of the punch is engaged with the work hole 71 and also the recessed part 32 of the die is engaged with the projecting part 22 of the punch. The peripheral part of the work hole 71 is held between the abutting surface 21 of the punch and the abutting surface 31 of the die and also the outer edge part 711 of the work hole 71 is pressurized by the chamfering part 23 of the punch and this outer edge part 711 is chamfered.
