PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove dissolved air in water by one device or to supply the dissolved air. SOLUTION: The subject water distrivbutor with a dissolved air control function is equipped with a membrane module 3 having a permselective gas-liquid separation membrane 2 for permitting air to selectively permeate, a pump 10 for removing dissolved air in water through the permselective gas-liquid separation membrane 2 or supplying the dissolved air, and changeover valves 8 and 9 for reversing the sucking direction of the pump 10.
