There is provided a speaker which realizes compatibility between size reduction and sound pressure increase. Further, this speaker also improves the heat capacity of the magnetic circuit and the heat dissipation ability of the voice coil. A magnetic circuit of outer magnet type is formed. It has at least two bar magnets (21), and has a straight section in a magnetic gap defined by an upper plate (22) and a lower plate (23). And the shape of the voice coil (28) is of track type.
