PURPOSE: A method for preparing an organic fertilizer by using quicklime and organic waste is provided, to prepare a fertilizer with the organic waste such as food waste, excrement of domestic animals and sewage sludge even by using a small amount of quicklime. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of reacting quicklime and the organic waste such as food waste, excrement of domestic animals and sewage sludge together with at least starch, to delay the exothermic reaction by the hydrolysis with moisture. Preferably the amount of starch is 5 wt% based on the amount of quicklime. |
