PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for transmitting/receiving a security message are provided to allow a user to stably transmit a message only to a desired receiver through a function of checking a right person. CONSTITUTION: A security message to be transmitted or received is set by using a security setting module(S350). A transmission terminal sends the security-set message by using a security transmission module(S360). A receiving terminal displays the message after performing a security checking procedure on the security message by using a security reception module(S370).
