PURPOSE: A method for guiding a broadcasting program in a digital TV is provided to display only necessary information about a next program without being disturbed in the watching of a current program and automatically moves to a marked program after the current program is ended. CONSTITUTION: If a user wants to see information about a next program(S201), information about a currently watching program and information about the next program are stored(S202). A program retrieval range is judged according to the input of the user(S203). Minimal necessary information of programs corresponding to the retrieval range is successively displayed on a partial region of a screen using stored information(S204,S205). If a program selected by the user exists while program information is successively displayed, the program is marked(S206,S207). |
