METHOD FOR CONVERTING DESTINATION NUMBER BY USING ONLINE PROGRAM

PURPOSE: A method for converting a destination number by using an online program is provided to allow a subscriber to set a destination number corresponding to a 050X number by using an online program and enable the online program to directly transmit the set information to a switching system. CONSTITUTION: An online program is installed by subscribers(S51). A subscriber sets his/her subscribed 050X number and a corresponding destination number through the online program(S52). The online program transmits the set 050X number and the destination number of the subscriber to a switching system on a real time basis through an Internet network(S53). The switching system stores and manages the 050X number and the destination number of the subscriber received from the online program in a database(S54). When a call is originated through the 050X number, the switching system refers to a database and connects the call with a corresponding destination number(S55,S57).
