PURPOSE: An injection apparatus of bone cement for treating of osteoporotic bone is provided to inject bone cement into an affected part gradually sufficiently and uniformly. CONSTITUTION: The injection apparatus comprises a guide pin(10), a trocar(12), a cannula guide(14), a cannula(16) and an injector(18), wherein a sleeve(28) is secured to the front side of a handle(26) secured to the rear end of the cannula(16), the sleeve(28) consisting of at least two sleeves(28a,28b,28c) having different lengths, the cannula(16) consisting of multiple cannulas(16a,16b,16c) having different lengths that are exposed out of the front end of the cannula guide(14) when the cannula(16) is assembled to the cannula guide(14).
