PURPOSE: A rotary type camera-attached mobile terminal is provided to freely rotate a camera and reduce the size of a mobile terminal by integrating a camera and an ear piece to one structure. CONSTITUTION: A main part(100) includes a key pad(110) for signal inputting and a transmitter(120) for sound inputting at a front surface. A slide part(200) is coupled to enable it to perform a sliding movement on the front surface of the main part(100) and includes an LCD(210) for outputting characters, various symbols and images and a camera mounting opening(220) formed concavely at a central portion of an upper end thereof. A rotating unit(300) has a size capable of being mounted in the camera mounting opening and includes an ear piece(320) for outputting a sound and a camera for photographing an image.
