PURPOSE: A logo printing structure of an LCD window and a printing method thereof are provided to obtain 3D optical illusion of a logo by increasing backlight effect caused by illumination increase of inversed logo when light emitting diodes are turned on from the bottom of a diffusion layer, thereby upgrading visual effect of the logo. CONSTITUTION: A logo printing structure of an LCD window includes a logo display layer(205) for providing a predetermined logo(217) on an LCD window(203), shield layers(209,211,213), and a diffusion layer(215). The shield layers are printed to a rear surface of the LCD window, and prevent the light transmission of any other parts than the window for displaying an inversed logo(219) and the LCD. The inversed logo is formed in a shape amplified by a predetermined degree than the logo itself at a position facing the logo. The diffusion layer is to print the inversed logo with semitransparent color.
