PURPOSE: A method for preparing a low temperature co-firing ceramic multilayered substrate is provided, to allow a ceramic multilayered substrate comprising different kinds of materials to be prepared by low temperature co-firing. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of layering a green tape capable fired at a high temperature to the utmost top layer and the utmost under layer of substrate comprising at least two substrate which are adhered in a layered from and where a circuit pattern is formed, respectively, to inhibit the face direction shrinkage of substrates and to induce only the thickness direction shrinkage in low temperature firing. Preferably the green tape can be fired at a temperature of 1,500 deg.C or more; the low temperature firing is carried out at a temperature of 800-1,000 deg.C; and the multilayered substrate comprises different kinds of substrates.
