PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing food product using bamboo shoots as a main ingredient. The manufactured food product is removed from toxicity and a bitter taste of bamboo shoots, and has long-term preservation. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing food product using bamboo shoot is characterized by comprising the steps of: peeling bamboo shoots and boiling it in water at 80-100 deg.C for a certain period of time to remove its bitter taste and toxicity; drying the boiled bamboo shoot at room temperature; and salting the dried bamboo shoot in a solution prepared by boiling bamboo salt, burnt bamboo and bamboo shoot. |
