PURPOSE: A reservoir transdermal patch having a storage space for storing drug such as insulin, analgesic agents, blood pressure lowering agents, estrogen, testosterone or the like is provided. It enables repeated delivery of the drug into the body through the skin for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION: The transdermal patch(10) comprises: a drug-permeable membrane(30) for permeation of drugs; a drug-impermeable backing layer(20) combined to any one surface of the drug-permeable membrane to form a storage space in which drugs are stored; and an adhesive layer formed on the another surface of the drug-permeable membrane; a filling tube(60) for communicating the storage space with the outside; and additionally a drug-impermeable removable protective film(50). It also contains a connector(70) for removably connecting the filling tube to an external apparatus for filling drugs.
