PURPOSE: An ornamental ring having an IC chip is provided to emphasize the design by using the IC chip (e.g., traffic card) as an ornamental medium and to easily pass when using a bus or subway. CONSTITUTION: The ornamental ring having an IC chip comprises an IC chip(1) ornamented at a main of a ring(3) to have the originality on design and the IC chip having the function of a traffic card. The ring being issued together with a credit card and marking a card number(4) is able to prevent others from stealing the card number(4) when losing the credit card.
