PURPOSE: A disinfecting and washing apparatus of lens is provided to easily wash off the protein and foreign material attached on the lens, to increase a sterilization power of the ultraviolet rays by minimizing the amount of absorbed and extinguished light, and thus to prevent eye diseases. CONSTITUTION: The disinfecting and washing apparatus of lens (10) comprises a case(11); a container(20) having a space compartment(21) for containing a washing liquid(100); an ultraviolet-emitting unit(30); an auxiliary disinfecting unit; a cover member(12) for sealing the space compartment(21) of the container(20), and a lens protecting net(13). The apparatus further comprises an ultrasonic generator(15) for vibrating the washing liquid(100). The ultraviolet-emitting unit(30) includes at least one illuminating diode for emitting the ultraviolet rays of 230-290 nm and the auxiliary disinfecting unit includes a photo-catalyst layer or nano silver layer applied on circumferential inner surface of the container(20). |
