PURPOSE: A reduction gear unit for a roll screen is provided to prevent noise, impact, and an accident in winding the roll screen by stopping the advancing of a compressing piston and reducing the winding speed of the roll screen by a seal ring. CONSTITUTION: In a roll screen, a winding spring is installed inside a winding pipe having brackets combined to the sides and one end of the roll screen is combined to a screen-fitting groove of a screen-fitting part formed in the longitudinal direction of the winding pipe. A reduction gear unit for the roll screen comprises a fixed shaft(310) having a screw part(311) formed to the outer peripheral surface and a combining hole(312) formed in one end; a rotating nut(320) combined to the screw part of the fixed shaft; a speed reduction part(330) inserted in a side of the fixed shaft; a cylinder(340) fixed to one end of the inside of the winding pipe; and a fixing unit(350) for fixing the cylinder and the fixed shaft to the front ends of guide-elongated holes(331) of the reduction part. Plural fitting grooves(321) are formed in the outer peripheral surface of the rotating nut. The rotating nut has a rotation hole(323) having a screw part formed to the inside. The guide-elongated holes are formed to the upper and lower sides of the speed reduction part. The speed reduction part has a compressing piston(332) at the rear end. An elastic spring(333) is combined to the outer peripheral surface of the speed reduction part. A combining hole(341) is formed in the front end of the cylinder. |
