PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling the communication-line division in a learning system is provided to study under the quiet and pleasant condition by connecting the learning equipments and the audio input/output devices to the teacher by using a divider. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling the communication-line division in a learning system includes a learning equipment connection unit(32), an audio input/output connection unit(34), an audio output connection unit(36), an audio input unit(38), a pager connection unit(40), a pager signal generation unit(42), a pager display driving unit(44), a line selection switch(46) and a controller(49). The learning equipment connection unit(32) connects the learning equipments to the teacher. The audio output connection unit(34) transmits the sound of the teacher and the sound of the students to the headphone of the teacher. The audio output connection unit(36) transmits the learning output data and the sound of the teacher. The audio input unit(38) transmits the sound to the audio input/output connection unit(34). The pager connection unit(40) informs the status of the pager by connecting to the pager switch(53). The pager signal generation unit(42) generates the pager signal to the headset of the teacher. The pager display driving unit(44) display the dedicated student with the light emitting diode when the pager signal is inputted from the pager connection unit(40). The line selection switch(46) selectively connect the communication line of the pager student to the teacher in response to the paging. And, the controller(49) transmits each signal in response to the various input commands of the teacher and the students.
