The device is assembled of a frame, a fluid container, a pump, at least one suction- and one pressure duct (6, 8, 10) and various operation levers (11) acting on the related locking- and distributing valves (12). In order to avoid mistakes in controlling and adjusting at least regarding the pressure operated components, a disk (19), permanently joined to the valve shaft and/or the manually operated lever (18), is moved across the control elements (11), which are arranged in a circle. An opening (20) facilitates access only to the specific element (11) required for a particular operation.
