METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HEAT EXCHANGER FOR BOILER AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a heat exchanger for a boiler and a construction of the same are provided to prevent a water leakage from being generated due to corrosion of the heat exchanger by coupling a cover to a sidewall of a heat exchanger through nickel brazing work. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a heat exchanger for a boiler includes a step of coating a filler metal(36) to a ridge(30) of a cover(24). The ridge(30) is adhered to a sidewall of the heat exchanger(2) to couple the ridge(30) with the heat exchanger(2). The heat exchanger(2) is inputted into a high temperature hydrogen furnace to perform brazing work. A spot welding process is performed so as to fix the cover(24) to a housing(18). The filler metal(36) is inputted into a crack between the cover(24) and the housing(18).
