PURPOSE: A structure of a steel wire inserting tube in a steel wire transpiercing machine for treating fracture is provided to smoothly insert the steel wire inserting tube along the lower surface of a pelvic bone or the like by bending the tube. CONSTITUTION: The steel wire transpiercing machine(10) for treating fracture comprises: a hand grip(11); and a steel wire inserting tube(15) connected to the hand grip(11) via a support(12), wherein the steel wire inserting tube(15) is formed in a tubular shape and bent in multiple steps for surrounding a fractured bone to thus form a plurality of bending parts(13), with a steel wire outlet part(14) being formed at one end.
