The mixer has a tank with an axis in longitudinal direction. A material discharging unit is present at one longitudinal end of the tank and an outlet opening of coated product is present at another end. A fluid binding agent spraying bar (10) is detachably mounted in the longitudinal direction of the tank such that position of spraying nozzle is regulated in the direction of displacement of the materials inside the tank.
