FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should perform transcranial electrostimulation due to the impact onto frontal area and that of mastoid processes with direct current at 1-7 mA power modulated with rectangular impulses at the ratio of constant and alternating constituents being 1:3. During each seance the impact should be applied at successive usage of current of three different frequencies: during the first 10+/-2min of the seance one should affect with current of 10 Hz frequency, then for 15+/-2min - at 77 Hz, and for the next 20+/2min - at 500 Hz frequency, at course consisted of about 5-8 daily seances. Moreover, current power should be matched for every patient individually due to gradual increase within 1-7 mA till appearance of slight stitching, burning and squeezing. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 1 cl, 2 ex, 7 tbl |
