FIELD: oil extractive industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has piston-cylinder system, valve, which form a closed hollow having side ports. Closed hollow of cylinder is covered by piston in lower portion. Upper portion of cylinder is covered by a lid. A load is hanged from the piston. Cylinder is hanged from cable or rods. Valve is placed inside the lid and is made with possible closure during upward movement of cylinder.
