FIELD: prosthetics, prosthesis manufacturing. ^ SUBSTANCE: the suggested mammary exoprosthesis should be made out of vulcanized product of interaction of silicone compound of 0.6-1.0 g/cu. cm density based upon mixtures of oligomethylvinylsiloxanes, platinic catalyzer, flesh-colored pigments and hollow concentrated microglass spheres at bulk weight of 0.2-0.4 g/cu. cm, 15-200 mcm diameter, walls thickness being 1.5-3% against their diameter at the following ratio of components, weight portions: silicone compound 85-90; hollow microglass spheres 15-10. Mixing of components should be carried out with a mixer supplied with plastic blades at 100-150 rot./min for 15-20 min. Concentrating of hollow microglass spheres should be conducted upon contact film surface of exoprosthesis for about 5-6 min. Vulcanization of filler's mixture should be performed in film membrane and press mold at 25-150 C for 24-1 h. The present method enables to create simplified mammary exoprosthesis with regulated weight characteristics and micromassage effect properties at wearing to achieve better circulation, improved healing of postoperational field, remove lymphostasis and development of contractures of brachial joint in patients. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 3 cl, 3 ex
