FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should suture hermetically by developing a stump, at least, one end of intestinal loop by withdrawing outside, through stump's face wall, free end of threadlike pull fixed with a fixing spherical element. One should connect intestinal loop in stump's area by applying anastomosis with another, safe part of patient's intestine. Then one should fix loop's end, where threadlike pull is not fixed, towards the wall of abdominal cavity. One should connect threadlike pull with drawing device to lengthen intestinal loop with its support by preset program by tightening threadlike pull up. The method enables to prevent the development of commissurae, lengthen intestine at simultaneous increase of functionally active surface of its mucous membrane. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. ^ 5 dwg |
