FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics, rheumatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the suggested acetabular component contains a metal cup as a hemisphere supplied in its lower part with a socket as two hexahedrons, a turning being above the socket and a polymeric insertion piece supplied in its lower part with hexahedral head being around cylindrical part of insertion piece. Acetabular component, also, has got a locking ring. The upper part of insertion piece is designed with conic rib, and cup-contacting one - semispherical. In its lower part insertion piece is designed with a turning at depth being not less than ring's section height. A cup is designed to have a turning above a socket. Locking ring is located in a turning of insertion piece to contact with cup's turning. The sites for conjugation of cup's edges are supplied with cylindrical grooves for the depth being not less than turnings in a cup. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 5 cl 5 dwg |
