FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, otorhinolaryngology. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing made in the form of tube, holder and rod with cutting part at its end. Tube is equipped with pipes for connecting to vacuum pump of aspiration device and to supersonic generator. Cylindrical guiding member is mounted on tube for longitudinal movement and equipped with ring for finger. Two parallel rods are attached to ring sides. Cutting part is made in the form of annular ring rigidly fixed at rod ends. Window is formed in wall of working part. Tube end is made blind and equipped with spherical surface for squeezing of bleeding vessels and for exposing of wound surface to supersonic vibrations. ^ EFFECT: simplified construction and provision for avoiding occurrence of complications. ^ 6 cl, 2 dwg |
