PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a pipe fastening ring for supporting a round bar is provided to improve the binding strength by connecting a pipe and a fastening ring and to prevent a water leakage in a joint of pipes. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a pipe fastening ring(2) for supporting a round bar(9,9') comprises the steps of: shaping a synthetic plate by supplying synthetic resins to an extruder, extruding a thin board and cutting off at regular intervals; forming a circular hole and a long groove on both sides of the synthetic plate; shaping the fastening ring(2) by rolling up the synthetic plate into a circle, forming a space to interpose round bars(9,9') by rolling up reverse plates(3,3') outward and interposing a hot plate between a welded parts(8) to make the inside of the reverse plates(3,3') and the outside of the fastening ring(2) at the melted state, then removing the hot plate, and pressurizing the welded parts(8) from both sides to unify the reverse plates(3,3') and the fastening ring(2); and putting round bars(9,9') to the inside of the reverse plates(3,3') and placing a bolt(10) and a nut(13) to make the round bar(9,9') assembled at regular intervals and installing a sealant(11) to the inside of the fastening ring(2).
