PURPOSE: Fabric material having an opening is characterized by having excellent weather resistance, maintaining transparency, increasing usability of a user and being useful for the human body. The fabric material is useful as a shading material for a greenhouse, a vertical blind and a sunshade of a window. CONSTITUTION: A fabric material(2) having an opening(1) is obtained by; cutting fabric yarn by the punching method or the laser fusing method; and if necessary, changing or cutting the yarn for stabilization. A manufacturing method thereof is as follows: weaving the fabric(2) with the common method; and then punching the fabric(2).
