PURPOSE: A device for an online AD(ADvertisement) is provided to facilitate the production/management of the AD and save expense by receiving an AD order through the online, collectively making the AD, and generally managing many screens through the online. CONSTITUTION: An AD terminal(10) writes/transmits an order sheet stating the general particulars such AD contents and corresponding region after performing member registration and login by connecting to the Internet. A head office server(20) transmits the order sheet to a regional agent, manages history by adding the history to a database, produces a moving image AD, and collectively transmits the moving image produced by each region and time zone to each agent terminal(30). The agent terminal shows the moving image through a screen device(31) by receiving an account after connecting to the head office server and includes a timer(32) for controlling an on/off time of the screen device. The head office server includes a web server(21), a moving image server(22), and a file server(23).
