ELECTRIC DRIVE AXLE DEVICE FOR FORKLIFT

PURPOSE: An electric drive axle device for a forklift is provided to improve the driving efficiency of the forklift with a two-stage shift of a forward and backward by the control using a planetary system. CONSTITUTION: A drive gear(2) is connected to a drive shaft(1) of a motor(M) and the drive gear is connected to transmit the driving force by sequentially engaging an idle gear(3) with a driven gear(4) and then directly connecting to a Synchro(5) to make the forklift rotate. A forward/backward movement and a rotation of a wheel(9) is controlled by left/right movement of the driven gear. For above structure, a DIFF housing(6) and a DIFF housing break are provided.
