PURPOSE: An optical-interference type reflective panel and a method for preparing the same are provided to have no need of an accurate backside exposing step, thereby simplifying a production process of the panel. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing the optical-interference type reflective panel comprises the steps of: preparing a substrate(10); forming a plurality of supporting layers(11), a stack(12) of a plurality of first conductive optical films, a spacing layer and a stack of a plurality of second conductive optical films on the substrate(10) in order; and removing the spacing layer from the substrate so as to form an optical-interference controlling group on the substrate.
