PURPOSE: A circuit and a method for controlling the temperature of an electrical heat belt are provided to suppress the generation of electromagnetic wave by applying the temperature control signal in the form of direct current waveform having a duty ratio in response to the user set temperature. CONSTITUTION: A circuit for controlling the temperature of an electrical heat belt includes a driving voltage output unit, a control signal output unit and a switching unit. The driving voltage output unit receives the commercial alternative power and outputs the direct voltage supplied to the heat generation unit of the electrical heat belt. The control signal output unit receives the direct voltage outputted from the driving voltage output unit and outputs the temperature control signal in the form of direct current waveform having a duty ratio in response to the temperature set by user. And, the switching unit receives the temperature control signal of direct waveform outputted from the control signal output unit and switches the supply to the heat generating unit of the direct voltage.
