PURPOSE: An apparatus for bonding an anisotropic conductive film and a PCB of a flat panel display is provided to improve the bonding quality by preventing the generation of deviation due to the bonding pressure. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for bonding an anisotropic conductive film and a PCB of a flat panel display includes a work plate and a support unit. The support unit(12) is installed at the work plate(2). The support unit is used for supporting a pattern part of a glass(G) when an anisotropic conductive film(F) and a PCB(B) are bonded by a film bonding part(8) and a PCB bonding part(10). The supporting unit includes a variable supporter and a transferring member. The transferring member is used for separating or approaching the variable supporter from or to the pattern part of the glass.
