PURPOSE: A method and a system for automatically lending out an uncollected amount of a stock trade are provided to apply for a loan by offering the stocks as a security corresponding to the uncollected amount when a stock investor wants to hold the stocks bought by an uncollected amount form. CONSTITUTION: A stock investor terminal(10) buys and sells the stocks. A security company server(20) verifies the loan for the stocks bought by the stock investor in the uncollected amount form, calculates an evaluated amount by daily evaluating the price of the stocks offered as the security, and repays the principal and the interest of the loan with the stock selling amount in the first place. A loan relay system(30) verifies the loan and calculates a loan limit by evaluating the stocks, and transfers the loan corresponding to the uncollected amount to a security company. A banking institution(40) lends out the amount corresponding to the uncollected amount of the stock investor.
