PURPOSE: A storage vessel for a refrigerator is provided to improve the energy efficiency of the refrigerator and to maintain the temperature and humidity of food to the utmost. CONSTITUTION: A storage vessel for a refrigerator comprises a case(21) having an inner wall part(24) and an outer wall part(28), and a latent heat material(29). A storage space is formed to the inner wall part. The top of the storage space is open. A receiving space is formed to the outer wall part. The latent heat material is received in the receiving space. An opening hole for the incoming and going of the latent heat material is formed to a side of the case. The storage vessel further includes a lid(31b) to be fitted into the opening hole, to stop up the opening hole. The storage vessel further includes a cover(31) joined to the case to shut up the storage space, and a latent heat material(39) received in a receiving space formed to the inside of the cover.
