PURPOSE: An authentication processing system, a terminal authentication device, an authentication processing method and an authentication processing program are provided to reduce power consumption and enhance security. CONSTITUTION: An existence confirmation signal transmission unit(11) transmits an existence confirmation signal to determine whether a terminal authentication module(2) exists or not. An existence notice signal reception unit(12) receives an existence notice signal from the terminal authentication module(2) in response to the existence confirmation signal. A link connection unit(13) enables a radio link with the terminal authentication module(2). The first authentication unit(14) performs the first authentication with the terminal authentication module(2) through the radio link. An existence confirmation signal receiver(21) receives an existence confirmation signal. An existence notice signal transmission unit(22) transmits an existence notice signal in response to the existence confirmation signal. A link connection unit(23) enables a radio link with a mobile information terminal(1) after the existence notice signal is received by the mobile information terminal(1). The second authentication unit(24) performs the first authentication with the mobile information terminal(1). A control command transmission unit(25) transmits a control command to an entry terminal(3) if the first authentication is successful. A control command reception unit(31) receives a control command. An entry unit(32) executes a pre-arranged entry operation based on the control command.
