PURPOSE: A hairband in a peaked cap is provided to make it possible to more easily manufacture a hairband and to lengthen the hairband's life by decreasing damage so that a user can wear the hairband comfortably. CONSTITUTION: The hairband in a peaked cap comprises a preparation process for layering an outer cover(110), a non-woven fabric layer, a cushion layer and an internal cover(120); a sewing process for adding an edge member(140) to each element, sewing along a sewing line(150) and not sewing a predetermined portion to form an opening portion in a horizontal direction to the sewing line; a label attachment process for additionally sewing a label(180) on the outside surface of a finished portion; an insertion process for inserting a hairband into the opening portion; and a finishing process for sewing the opening portion and the edge member.
