The device has a rotating brush (5) sweeping the earth to collecting the waste towards a rolling case (7). The case has an emptying unit on its upper side, and two parts, where one is at the front (3) and other at the back (4). The part (4) receives the waste that is evacuated by gravity through an opening unit. The opening unit receiving waste in closed position is placed in the direction of the earth in open position. The case has a couple of mantles (14, 15) to receive the arms (1, 2) of a fork. The case has one part in the front (3) to lodge the brush and another part at the back (4) to limit the waste volume. The back part (4) is mounted in a mobile manner to topple with respect to the part (3) in a closing position.
