PURPOSE: A disposable safe injector is provided not to allow an injected liquid to be leaked outside and be able to use remaining general injecting needle fixing cap. CONSTITUTION: The safe injector includes a cylinder(101) having an injected liquid outlet(102) in a faulted state. A piston(104) in a spacial unit in the cylinder is inserted therein to provide an exhausting power with moving to the back as well as provide compressing power with moving to the front by a push bar(103). The safe injector further includes: an adopter tube(108) maintaining airtight state by direct contact with the injected liquid outlet(102); an injecting needle fixing cap(105) that is connected to the adopter tube(108) in a state of being inserted from outside of front direction of the cylinder(101) and fix the injecting needle(106); an injecting needle protecting cap(107) that protects the injecting needle(106) by being connected removably to the needle fixing cap(105); and a push bar connection portion that is installed in the push bar(103) and the adopter tube(108).
