METHOD FOR PROVIDING REALTY INFORMATION BY USING MOBILE TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A method for providing reality information by using a mobile terminal is provided to allow a user to easily search reality information nearby and obtain reality located at a good location. CONSTITUTION: A user is connected and inputs a desired service type to a realty information providing server by using a mobile terminal(S200). If the service type is a user position realty search, the user inputs the first service condition(S210). The realty information providing server recognizes the position of the mobile terminal of the user, searches realty information corresponding to the position of the user's terminal and the service condition, and transmits it to the user's terminal(S220). The user decides whether to make a phone call through the mobile terminal(S230). If so, the mobile terminal makes the phone call to a realty supplier(S240) and stores transmitted information(S250).
