PURPOSE: Fuel supply unit support structure of a vehicle is provided to improve vibration resistance of the fuel supply unit without increasing the number of components and to simplify the fuel supply unit structure. CONSTITUTION: In fuel supply unit support structure of a vehicle, a fuel supply unit(20) having a fuel pump assembly(31) soaked in fuel in a fuel tank(15) is attached to a ceiling wall of the fuel tank. A damper member(43) made of an elastic material is attached to the outer periphery of the fuel pump assembly. Plural support walls(51¯53) parallel in the circumferential direction of the fuel pump assembly are integrally formed to the fuel tank, to support the vicinity of the fuel pump assembly via the damper.
