PURPOSE: Clothes with function guiding electromagnetic waves to be discharged are provided to discharge electromagnetic waves as emitted from the front and absorbed in the clothes outside through the parts of a human body far from a heart portion where a heart exists or a head portion where a brain exists. CONSTITUTION: The clothes with function guiding electromagnetic waves to be discharged comprise a functional cloth(110) with a function for absorbing electromagnetic waves; a dust collecting portion(111) formed at a position far from the heart or brain so that the electromagnetic waves as emitted from the front are absorbed in the functional cloth, wherein the electromagnetic waves absorbed into the functional cloth are discharged out of a human body through the dust collecting portion. In the inside of the functional cloth except for the dust collecting portion, an ordinary cloth(120) not absorbing the electromagnetic waves is placed to intercept the contact of the functional cloth and the human body.
