TORQUE REMOVAL DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD OF WATER GATE WINCH, FOR PREVENTING BREAKAGE OF WATER GATE AND MECHANICAL SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A torque removal device and a control method of a water gate winch are provided to stop the operation of the water gate winch and to prevent breakage of the water gate by changing the advancing direction of a water gate when overload caused by malfunction of the water gate occurs, and to make the opening and shutting of the water gate smooth. CONSTITUTION: A torque removal device has an overload-sensing unit. The overload-sensing unit has a torque shaft(20) connected to an output shaft of a reduction gear unit reducing and transmitting the rotational force of a driving motor. A part of the torque shaft is built in a flange case(30) to isolate the part of the torque shaft from the outside and to seal up the part of the torque shaft. A sensing head(40) sensing torque of the torque shaft is arranged to the inside of the flange case. An output line(50) for transmitting a sensing signal sensed by the sensing head is arranged to a side of the flange case. An indicator for inputting normal torque or receiving and outputting the torque sensed by the sensing head by the output line is arranged to a side of the flange case. A control unit, receiving the torque sensed by the indicator, controls the right and reverse rotation of the driving motor.
