摘要 <p>Isolated nucleic acids (A) comprising at least one mobile genetic element (MGE) of the mariner family and having any of 5 specified sequences, or their functional fragments, are new. Isolated nucleic acids (A) comprising at least one mobile genetic element (MGE) of the mariner family and having any of 5 specified sequences, or their functional fragments, are new. The sequences are (1; 1294 bp) and (2; 1295 bp) from Bryhograea thermydron; (3; 1295 bp) or (4; 1294 bp) from Alvinella caudata and (5; 1289 bp) from Ventiella sufuris, with (4) being preferred. Independent claims are also included for: (1) isolated nucleic acid (A1) comprising at least one gene that encodes a transposase (Tr) of a mariner MGE that is sequence (6; 1047 bp) or (7; 1047 bp) from B. thermydron, (8; 1047 bp) or (9; 1047 bp) from A. caudata or (10; 1041 bp) from V. sulfuris, with (9) being preferred; (2) isolated nucleic acid (A2) comprising at least one transposable DNA of interest (X) positioned between the 5' and 3' ends of one MGE, or two different MGE, of the mariner family, where the 5' and 3' ends have any of ten sequences (5 for each end) reproduced, or their functional fragments; (3) transposase (Tr) of the mariner MGE family that has any of sequences (21; 349 amino acids (aa)), (22; 349 aa), (23; 349 aa), (24; 349 aa) or (25; 347 aa), reproduced; (4) preparing Tr; and (5) in vitro transposition process that comprises contacting (A2) with target nucleic acid (TNA) and a Tr so that (A2) is transposed into TNA.</p>
