PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a privacy exposure adjusting function and a dramatizing function based upon sender's/receiver's initiatives and then to make a sender and a receiver to transmit their atmospheres to each other by using 24-hour connections. SOLUTION: A sending terminal 1 generates a measurement information file in which measurement information is described on the basis of the existence, action, voice, sound, temperature, light and shade, etc., of the sender inputted from an input means 1a, converts the file according to a conversion format for transmission, and registers the converted file on a Web server 4. Further, the URL of the measurement information file is registered on a measurement information distribution server 3 and the measurement information file is periodically updated. The measurement information distribution server 3 distributes the specified URL at a request from a receiving terminal 2. The receiving terminal 2 periodically receives the measurement information file from the Web server 4 according to the URL distributed from the measurement information distribution server 3, converts the received measurement information file according to a conversion format for reception, and reproduces the converted measurement information file to place an output means in operation 2c.
