PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor whose ESR and tanδare small and heat resistance is superior in the solid electrolytic capacitor in which a dielectric film layer, a solid electrolytic layer, a conductive carbon layer, and a cathode extraction layer are successively formed on the surface of an anode body made of a metal material. SOLUTION: At least two kinds of conductive carbons having different grain sizes are mixed for use as the conductive carbon layer.
