PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation packing structured to reduce a material to attain weight reduction while favorably being stuck with mortar or the like. SOLUTION: This foundation packing horizontally interposed between a concrete foundation and a wooden sill is formed in a flat rectangular plate shape extending in a longitudinal direction, wherein holes making bolts pass therethrough are formed in a vertical direction, a plurality of vertical grooves for sticking mortar are formed on front and rear faces, and a large number of cavities are formed in a member.
