PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure low-gas-permeable hose having high gas impermeability and hard to destruct even if pressurized repeatedly. SOLUTION: In the high pressure low-gas-permeable hose constituted by successively laminating at least an inner surface layer, a reinforcing layer and an outer surface layer from the inside, the inner surface layer comprises a gas impermeable layer and the protective layer arranged inside the gas impermeable layer. The gas impermeable layer preferably comprises EVOH and the protective layer preferably comprises a thermoplastic resin of which the elongation at break is not less than 100%.
