<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simultaneous broadcast receiver capable of reducing unnecessary power consumption in response to a reception state. <P>SOLUTION: The simultaneous broadcast receiver simultaneously receives both analog and digital broadcast programs of the same contents and switches a input system on the basis of a reception state of the digital broadcast.
